The Assessment and Debrief process provides the ability for you to see the impact that your advisors have on you and provides insights that will have you have breakthrough results in communication, relationships, and productivity; and a radical shift in your level of happiness and satisfaction in your business and personal life.

One-on-One 6 Advisor™ Coaching
The 6 Advisors coaching program lasts for 120 days - 18 sessions – a four-month intensive learning and developmental process. The process involves weekly calls with your coach lasting approximately 60 minutes (scheduled in advance) plus the daily practice and application of the principles and techniques you have discovered. The concentrated focus is designed to produce lasting results that impact your habits of thinking.

A One-on-One 6 Advisor™ Refresher
A review of the Six Advisor Report, some tips and practices to speed up the process of changing your habits of thinking and the “Keys to Success” on CD which provide you with some tools to help you replace sabotaging thought processes with new habits of thinking.

Laser Coaching
Just-in-time Coaching – 30 minute time available coaching call.
When you need to get unstuck and get a new perspective NOW.

The Fast Start Program
Coaching Weekly for 90 days. An intense focus on what it is that you want to accomplish. Geared to the highly motivated executive or manager who needs a thinking partner, cheerleader and accountability partner to keep the flame burning in the sprint for the gold!

New Manager Coaching
Works with new managers to bridge the gap from project leader to manager. Coaching is around altering the existing relationships you have, your view of yourself, and deals with communication and other pitfalls which often trap new managers.

Personal Freedom Program
A structured 10 part program, the Personal Freedom Program is a comprehensive, coordinated approach to significantly enhancing the quality of your life. The Personal Freedom Program focuses attention on the following 10 areas: extending your boundaries, raising your standards, learning how to share your requirements with others, finishing what is unfinished, getting your personal needs met, orienting around your values, building extensive reserves in all areas, minimizing your tolerations, handling your money - completely, and learning to define success on your own terms.

The Transition Plan
Geared to support you in making a transition: stepping up to a new leadership role, taking on new responsibilities, or starting a new job.

Assessing Your Finances for Transitions
A review with an independent fee-only Certified Financial Planner to answer the questions about financing your transition.

Being Accountable Program
This provides a structure for you so that you can continue the progress you have already put in motion. You put a plan in place and have a coach hold you accountable for doing what you say you will do and explore how to deal with the roadblocks and obstacles that get in your way.

Group Coaching Services

Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions normally involve somewhere between 5 and 20 participants. In preparation, each participant takes the 6 Advisors Assessment Report and receives a personal debrief. Group-coaching programs generally last for 10 to 14 weeks and, like the personal coaching, they are designed to cause lasting change in team productivity and communication. 

Managing Your 6 Advisors™ Workshops
The Managing Your 6 Advisors Workshops merge scientific measurement as applied in our proprietary 6 Advisors Assessment Report with the time-tested principles taught in Og Mandino's perennial best seller, The Greatest Salesman in the World. To truly impact results long term, you will want to go below the surface and focus on the thought processes that drive personality, emotions, behavior, and performance.

A Group Refresher
A Group Refresher of the 6 Advisors Assessment Report, some tips and practices to speed up the process of changing your habits of thinking, and the ‘Keys to Success' on CD.  The group refresher would be held on a conference call line every Tuesday for 4 weeks at 12:30 PM Eastern Time.
